Description
We represents the interests of owners of premium secondary residences while they are away.
Our mission is simple: to ensure that our clients can fully enjoy their properties without having to manage contractors, incidents, maintenance issues or day-to-day operational matters remotely.
Each property is entrusted to a dedicated Property Representative, exclusively recruited from former military leaders, who serves as the owner's trusted local representative on the ground.
Unlike traditional concierge services or property management companies, we do not simply coordinate suppliers.
We represent the owner's interests.

Missions
As an Area Manager, you will be entrusted with a portfolio of premium properties located within your assigned territory.
You will become the owner's primary local point of contact and ensure that each property remains perfectly maintained, operational and ready to welcome its owner at any time.
Your role goes far beyond operational supervision.
You will act as the owner's eyes, ears and trusted representative on the ground.
Your key responsibilities:
Property Monitoring & Field Presence
Conduct regular visits to entrusted properties;
Verify the overall condition of buildings, equipment and outdoor areas;
Identify potential issues, risks and maintenance needs;
Produce clear and structured photo reports with recommendations.
Representation of Owners' Interests
Maintain proactive communication with property owners;
Represent their interests when dealing with contractors and service providers;
Ensure that the expected standards are maintained at all times;
Contribute to the long-term preservation of the property's value and condition.
Contractor Coordination & Quality Control
Organize and coordinate maintenance activities;
Welcome and supervise contractors when required;
Verify that agreed work has been properly completed;
Follow up on all actions until satisfactory resolution.
Incident & Issue Management
Assess situations quickly and accurately;
Determine the most appropriate course of action;
Mobilize the necessary resources;
Limit the impact of incidents;
Ensure full resolution while keeping owners informed.
Development of a Trusted Local Network
Identify reliable contractors and service providers;
Build long-term relationships with trusted local partners;
Maintain a network capable of responding rapidly when needed.

Key skills & qualifications
Ability to perform an initial assessment of a situation before involving specialists;
Good understanding of the systems commonly found in high-end properties (home automation, swimming pools, security systems, electrical equipment, etc.);
Strong organizational and coordination abilities;
Excellent written communication skills;
Proficiency with digital tools and reporting software;
Fluent or bilingual English required;
Additional languages are highly appreciated;
Driving licence required.

Employment Conditions
Permanent employment contract (CDI | three-month probation period).
Field-based position requiring residence within the Antibes area.
Daily travel throughout the Alpes-Maritimes region.

Operational availability required when necessary to ensure continuity of service and incident management.
Gross annual salary: €40,000.
